    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using Alvy Logistics services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

    2. Services Description

    Alvy Logistics provides comprehensive logistics services including courier and final mile delivery, warehousing and distribution, fulfillment services, freight shipping, and air freight expediting. Specific terms for each service will be outlined in individual service agreements or quotes provided to you.

    3. User Responsibilities

    When using our services, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information for all shipments
    • Properly package and label all items according to carrier requirements
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
    • Not ship prohibited or restricted items without proper authorization
    • Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
    • Maintain appropriate insurance for high-value items

    4. Prohibited Items

    The following items are prohibited from shipment unless specifically authorized:

    • Illegal substances or contraband
    • Hazardous materials without proper certification
    • Weapons and explosives
    • Live animals (unless specifically arranged)
    • Perishables without proper packaging
    • Items of extraordinary value without declared value coverage

    5. Pricing and Payment

    Prices for services are as quoted or as published in our rate schedules. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are net 30 for approved accounts or payment at time of service for new customers. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and service suspension.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    Alvy Logistics liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited to the lesser of the declared value, actual value, or carrier liability limits unless additional coverage is purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Claims must be filed within the timeframes specified by applicable carrier tariffs.

    7. Claims and Disputes

    All claims for loss, damage, or delay must be submitted in writing within 9 months of delivery or expected delivery date. Claims should include shipment details, description of loss/damage, and supporting documentation. We will investigate all claims promptly and work to resolve disputes in good faith.

    8. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alvy Logistics, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

    10. SMS Terms

    SMS Terms. By providing your mobile number to Alvy Logistics and consenting, you agree to receive operational SMS alerts related to your role. Message frequency varies.
